One employee left under Voluntary Exit terms during 2024 to 2025. They received payment in lieu of notice of £31,000 (2023 to 2024 £83,000), which was paid in 2024 to 2025, the year of departure.
Wages and salaries include agency costs of £1,235,000, (2023 to 2024 £565,000) and apprenticeship levy costs of £80,000 (2023 to 2024 £70,000). These costs were previously classified under other expenditure.
