Collaboration and innovation are very important to the culture here at the Commission. We use bi-annual surveys to gather colleagues’ views on how we can continue to improve as an organisation.
We also have regular communications across the organisation, and this helps to keep everyone updated on what we are doing and make sure we are regulating to the best of our ability.
There is a good balance between work and play. We have an annual conference where we all come together and the whole organisation gets involved with our seasonal activities which include Christmas movies, Halloween fancy dress and more.
Our Ways of Working apply to all colleagues to help us develop our behaviours which support our working culture. They are:
