At the Commission you will have access to a range of wellbeing resources which will help you to feel your best.
Employee Assistance Programme
Our Employee Assistance Programme includes:
- telephone support available all day, everyday
- health and wellbeing portal
- information and advice on a wide range of issues including legal, financial and family or relationships
- counselling services are available via telephone or face-to-face
- medical advice.
Thrive
Thrive is a free mental health app which helps to track your mood or access exercises that help to ease stress or emotional concerns.
Woebot
Woebot is a free health and wellbeing app which uses artificial intelligence to help you improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Occupational health
These are professional medical advisers who can give advice on workplace adjustments that could help you to be at your best at work when managing a health concern. They also provide confidential counselling upon referral.
Mental health first aiders
We have trained mental health first aiders to provide support within the workplace.

We run regular wellbeing initiatives to help us feel at our best and to do our best at work.
