  7. 7 - Lack of independent quality assurance ABSG continue to stress the importance of external quality assurance in addition to any investment in internal QA processes
  8. 8 - Follow-up support Our observations suggest that the protocols for follow up support to prevent recurrence remain unclear, and there is potential for improvement
