Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) question removal

Guidance for the Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) regulatory return type can be found within the Regulatory returns guidance - Family Entertainment Centre.

Within the operational sections the following questions will be removed for reporting periods with a start date on or after 1 July 2024:

  • Workforce information: Total number of employees
  • Operational events: Of which, disputes logged by the operator
  • Operational events: Self-excluded individuals opting to return to gambling
  • Operational events: Customer incidents on gambling premises (directly related to gambling activity) requiring police assistance
  • Premises Overview: Total number of inactive (but still licensed by local authority) premises
  • Premises Overview: Total number of acquired premises
  • Premises Overview: Total number of disposed premises.

Within the other information section the following questions will be removed for reporting periods with a start date on or after 1 July 2024:

  • Other information: Any other information to support this return.
