Public Register

The Public Register provides information on the businesses and individuals licensed by the Gambling Commission. The register also includes details of premises licences licensed by local licensing authorities (opens in a new tab).

Information on the register

Businesses

This register details the businesses who hold operating licences issued by us. We keep details of all licensees on the register for 3 years after the end of their licence.

Individuals

This register details the people who hold Personal Management Licences or Personal Functional Licences. We keep details of all licensees on the register for 3 years after the end of their licence.

Regulatory actions and settlements

We publish all action taken against licensees in the regulatory actions register.

All sanctions and settlements remain on the public register for 3 years from the date of publication.
