Public statement from the FATF on the situation in Ukraine

The Financial Action Taskforce (the global standard setting body for combating money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing) has produced a statement (opens in a new tab) as a consequence of the crisis in Ukraine.

The statement highlights the importance of jurisdictions being alert to the risk of money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing as a result of the conflict.
