Sending information to us

If you need to send supporting documents to us, we are currently unable to deal with post, therefore scan and email documents to

Due to restrictions as a result of Coronavirus, do not send documents to us by post as this will result in delays in checking and returning them to you. Use the email address provided where possible.

If you need to post ID documents to us, send them using a tracked mail services to our Birmingham office and ensure you include your application reference number and a return address.
