If your complaint is about a gambling business

Warning As a regulator, the Gambling Commission does not resolve or decide on individual complaints, and we have no powers to help you get your money back.

If you're not happy with the service you have had or disagree about the outcome of a gambling transaction, you'll need to complain directly to the gambling business and follow its complaints procedure.
