Premises mandatory and default conditions
The mandatory and default regulations for Scotland are different to those which apply to gambling premises in England and Wales.
The differences are set out as follows.

If you have a gambling business with licensed gambling premises in Scotland, you must comply with these mandatory and default conditions.
