This advice is directed at all holders of operating licences issued by the Gambling Commission, excluding non-remote and remote casino operating licence holders who are provided with separate guidance in relation to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorist financing.

The advice is detailed and aimed primarily at operators with a number of employees, either full time or part time. However, operators with few or no employees are still required to understand and comply with the requirements of POCA.
