Freedom of Information Requests

Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations disclosure

The Gambling Commission’s Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) register lists our responses to requests.

Requests are processed under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 (opens in a new tab) and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (opens in new tab) where we believe the request has a wider public interest.

The register will be updated proactively, with requests and their responses being published shortly after the response has been sent to the requestor.
