Incidence of gaming system faults

This data is taken from reports made to us by licensees. Licensees are required to report any such faults to us as a key event as a condition of their licence.

The aim of our regulatory activity is to see the number of gaming system faults reduce. However, reports are also an indication of effective monitoring of the performance of games so further work is required to develop this metric.
