Research governance framework
Research integrity is a key determinant of high-quality research that provides us with evidence and insights to inform our regulatory work. It is important that all our research adheres to ethical standards. This research governance framework sets out our approach to research integrity and outlines our core research principles.
It sets out:
- the key principles and process for ethical gambling research
- when ethical approval is required
- the arrangements and processes of ethical approval
- the arrangements and processes of peer review
- the key principles and processes of research data management
- the roles and responsibilities for these processes
- our approach to research dissemination and monitoring including our research misconduct approach.
