Your rights

All gambling businesses must give details of their complaints procedure. These will be available at the business' high street outlet and online. They must also provide you with clear terms and conditions.

Your options if you want to complain

If you feel you have been treated unfairly by a gambling business you should follow the complaints process and complain directly to the business.

You can also use the free online tool Resolver (opens in new tab). This tool gives advice to customers and can help you submit a complaint to the business.

If you're not happy with the outcome of the complaint, you can take your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.
