26 Reconciliation certificate Annual Table 26 will be split as Part a (annual reconciliation certificate) and Part b (March quarter end quarterly reconciliation certificate).
Part a to be submitted to the Commission up to 10 business days after submission to the Allwyn Board (itself within 3 months of the end of the licence year).
Part b should be delivered in draft by 15 working days after 31 March (that is, 3 months after end of the licence year) with a letter from the auditors by end of May.
27 Related party arrangements Annual 3 months after the end of licence year.
28(d) Trust compliance certificate Annual No later than 10 business days after the end of each licence year.
31 Annual resilience assurance statement Annual No later than 31 March in each licence year.
