Compliance with this code
74. All employees are required to comply with the provisions outlined in this Employee Code of Conduct. Should there be any concern that this is not the case, the circumstances may be investigated in line with the Discipline and Grievance policy and procedure.
75. If you are concerned that any other employee, regardless of their status or level within the organisation, is behaving in ways which do not support this Code, you should outline your concerns to your manager or a member of the Head of Human Resources, who will ensure that your concerns are treated seriously, confidentially and without recrimination.Previous section
