Football match-fixing arrests in Wales

The Gambling Commission today supported South Wales Police in an operation which saw 10 people arrested as part of an investigation into match-fixing.
South Wales Police launched an investigation after receiving information from the Football Association of Wales and the Commission’s Sports Betting Intelligence Unit about betting patterns on the match between Port Talbot Town and Rhyl on 9 April.
