Under Schedule 4 to the Gambling Act 2005 (opens in new tab) (the Act), the Board of Commissioners (the Board) is required to establish arrangements for the conduct of its proceedings and to publish them. This appendix outlines the rules for the conduct of business the Gambling Commission has implemented to meet this requirement.
