Our key evaluation objectives

The effectiveness of the regulatory changes on credit cards will therefore need to be evaluated against our key policy objectives of:

  • reducing the risks of harm to consumers from gambling with credit cards
  • whilst also minimising the impact on gamblers not currently experiencing harm.
