Removal of non-compliant gaming machines

Following consultation, ‘Licence Condition 18.1.1’ will be introduced for non-remote gambling operators, with the provision coming into force on 29 July 2026:

The condition will require gambling businesses to remove non-compliant gaming machines from their premises upon receipt of written notification from the Gambling Commission.
