Updated SARs guidance from the UKFIU

The United Kingdom Financial Intelligence Unit (UKFIU) within the National Crime Agency (NCA), has published updated suspicious activity reporting (SAR) best practice guidance. All Gambling Commission operating licensees are encouraged to review the updated guidance for SAR submitters.

The UKFIU’s updated guidance covers the following:

The new guidance replaces all previous versions, which have now been withdrawn and should be disregarded.
