Information required for a licensing authority return
The return covers two key activities. The first is the gambling activity that you license. The second activity is detail of your inspection and compliance work.
We ask you to supply us with data on:
- temporary use notices issued
- occasional use notices issued
- premises inspections conducted
- reasons for and outcomes of reviews.
Even if you have no activity to report, you must still submit a return. Failure to do so may result in your licensing authority being listed in the official report as a non-responder.
We will notify you one month before the return is due. We also send out a series of reminders and will escalate to your Chief Executive if we’ve had no response.
If you have any queries about the reporting process please contact us.
