The aim of the Gambling Commission's consultation on information requirements was to ensure the information requirements placed on licence holders are proportionate and effective to inform regulation of the gambling industry. The Commission received 70 written responses to the consultation which ran for 12 weeks. The response was published on 30 July 2020.
