Cath Cooney is a consultant specialising in developing and supporting systemic, person centred change and leadership in health and social care systems, and strengthening the role of the third sector and the voice of lived experience.

She has extensive experience from senior programme and policy leadership positions across public health, inequalities sensitive practice, health and social care, and third sectors in Scotland; and of supporting the development of transformative innovation networks, digital health solutions, and child and family health research in Sweden.

Cath has a particular interest in how a person centred, public health approach can be instrumental in the prevention of gambling harms.
