Digital Advisory Panel

The Digital Advisory Panel (DAP) was established to advise us on ways to manage new risks that may come from online gambling platforms.

They inform us on the digital marketing landscape and emerging trends which could have an impact on:

  • how the gambling market operates
  • how we interact with operators
  • how operators interact with consumers.

The panel’s expertise help us to adapt to the ways the profile of the sector is changing and help us make sure our consumer protections are fully effective as the market evolves.

The panel may also be asked to give guidance on specific projects.

You can read our terms of reference for the Digital Advisory Panel and our managing conflicts of interest policy for the Digital Advisory Panel.
