In your email you have requested any information pertaining to how fines issued to gambling companies is utilised by the Gambling Commission.
Section 21 of the FOIA provides that information is exempt where it is reasonably accessible elsewhere. A variety of information is published on the Gambling Commission website relating to how funds generated as a result of regulatory action are applied for socially responsible purpose:

Review of the decision
