Please can I see the details the Gambling Commission holds on the court proceedings R v Miles Caldwell at Croydon Crown Court (around July 2025). In particular I would like to see:

Which operators returned money to the victim/s?

Which operators didn't return money to the victim/s?

Correspondence between the Gambling Commission and operators (in particular GB Sports Advisors) regarding this case and proceeds of crime?

Correspondence between the Gambling Commission and Metropolitan Police regarding this case and proceeds of crime?

Were any regulatory settlements or fines issued as a result of this case?

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision.
