Please can I see the details the Gambling Commission holds on the court proceedings R v Miles Caldwell at Croydon Crown Court (around July 2025). In particular I would like to see:

Which operators didn't return money to the victim/s?

We can confirm that the Gambling Commission holds no information falling within the scope of your request.

Review of the decision
