Please can you supply me with with copies of all correspondence issued by the Gambling Commission in 2024 (to date) to individuals and organisations regarding the misuse of official statistics.

In your email you have requested copies of all correspondence issued by the Gambling Commission in 2024 (to date) to individuals and organisations regarding the misuse of official statistics.
Firstly, on the 16 June 2024 a request was made to the Commission for:
Copies of all correspondence sent by the Gambling Commission in relation to the misuse of statistics by recipient parties between 1 October 2023 and the present.
The Gambling Commissions response to this request will partially answer your request for information.
Section 21 of the FOIA provides that information is exempt where it is reasonably accessible elsewhere. We publish the response to FOI requests on the Gambling Commission website, as such you can view this information here:
Correspondence regarding the misuse of stats by recipient parties
Your request has now been narrowed to correspondence issued by the Gambling Commission between 16 June 2024 and 18 September (date of your request) to individuals and organisations regarding the misuse of official statistics.
Review of the decision
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision.
