We are particularly interested which company was licenced to operate Coral.co.uk between May 2017 and 2019 when LC International became the licence holder. We have found the below website which makes reference to a separate entity, and note that there was no reference to this entity in your Freedom of Information response.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether there is a reason why Coral Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited was not referenced in your response; and
  2. Whether this entity, or another, was licenced to operate Coral.co.uk during the period referenced above.

Thank you for your further request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

In your email you have requested:

  1. Whether there is a reason why Coral Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited was not referenced in your response; and
  2. Whether this entity, or another, was licenced to operate Coral.co.uk during the period referenced above.

The Gambling Commission apologise that this was not referenced in our previous response due to an administrative error.

The Commission can confirm that Coral Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited held a remote licence which they surrendered on 21/10/2019. All remote activity was put under LC International Limited 54743.

The trading name details since 2017 are as follows:

Entity name & account ID: Coral Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited.

Trading name details since 2017: On that licence, they traded as Coral.

Review of the decision
