Co-operation Agreement

On the points of clarification:

  1. The Co-operation Agreement, the Invitation to Apply (ITA) and related documents: please provide these as issued in October 2020 (not December 2020, as I stated in my original request).
  2. the Application Agreement: my understanding is that this document was issued in October 2020.
  3. the Engagement Agreement: my understanding is that this document was issued in October 2020

Response

Thank you for your request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

In your email you have requested:

  1. The Co-operation Agreement, the Invitation to Apply (ITA) and related documents: please provide these as issued in October 2020 (not December 2020, as I stated in my original request).

Due to the volume of the material that we hold that falls within scope of part one of your request we are unable to send this information to you via email as the file is too large. We have made arrangements to set up a file sharing link which will enable you to access and download this information. The requested information will be available to access for a period of one month from the date of this email, after which time it will be automatically deleted. You will receive an email invitation from the Gambling Commission that you will need to accept before you can access the information.

Separately, you will receive an email with a link to the information provided. The information that we have provided for part one of your request includes related documents such as the competition versions of the Proposed 4NL Licence and Enabling Agreement that were published to applicants on 26 October 2020

Information not held. We do not hold an Engagement Agreement document. We have included the Enabling Agreement in response to part one of your request.

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision. Please note, internal review requests should be made within 40 working days of the initial response. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be processed.

If you are not content with the outcome of our review, you may then apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have already exhausted the review procedure provided by the Gambling Commission.
