Summary
Also published recently
This report, covering the period July 2025 to September 2025, is a continuation of a series of quarterly publications of industry statistics.
We are able to publish data on a quarterly basis now that all licensed operators are required to submit their regulatory returns at the same time each quarter, following changes that we made in July 2024. For more detail on these changes, visit Regulatory returns changes - effective 1 July 2024.
The quarterly publication includes core industry data from the customer-facing sectors of the market in Great Britain, such as Gross Gambling Yield (GGY) and premises numbers, but the annual publication remains the more comprehensive report.
In the report we have included data from the 3 previous quarters (October to December 2024, January to March 2025 and April to June 2025) to reveal seasonal trends and to provide rolling 12-month totals.
The quarterly publications now include lotteries and National Lottery data.
