eServices for operating licence holders

Who is it for?

If you hold an operating licence use eServices for operators. This service allows you to:

• download a copy of your licence
• report key events
• submit regulatory returns
• submit lottery draw submissions
• manage your games register
• update your businesses addresses
• manage trading and domain names
• submit audit reports (except Information Security Audits (ISAs))
• pay fees associated with your licence
• change the activities you are licensed for.

If you use this service to change the activities you are licensed for, as soon as your application is assigned, your caseworker will be in touch and can provide an indicative timescale for the processing of your application.
