I can't cash out on a bet
The cash out option is usually offered as part of 'in-play' or 'live betting'. This is betting while the event is actually taking place, for example, placing a bet on a horserace while the race is being run or a football match that has already kicked off.
Cash out offers are subject to live betting markets which can easily change during an event. Gambling businesses suspend markets when there is a match incident, such as a free kick, corner or goal. This will cause a suspension of cash out.
This means it will be difficult to cash out a bet which contains multiple selections. Bookmakers therefore reserve the right to withdraw the cash-out option at any time.
If you think the terms and conditions for cash-outs were not clear, then you may be entitled to make an appeal according to the Consumer Rights Act 2005 (opens in new tab).
