Introduction to the consultation on customer-led tools

On 29 November 2023 we issued our consultation on Customer-led tools (opens in new tab). The consultation ran for 12 weeks until 21 February 2024.

We received 65 written responses the consultation from the following categories of respondents:

• 21 from a representative of a gambling business
• 12 from persons representing a charity and/or non-profit
• 10 from persons responding in a personal capacity who works or has worked in a gambling business 
• 7 from persons representing a professional body, including academic organisations 
• 5 from trade associations
• 5 from members of the public
• 4 from persons representing a licensing authority or other regulator 
• 1 academic, responding as an individual.
