Tim Miller

Executive Director of Research and Policy

Tim has over 25 years of experience in regulation and joined the Commission in 2016 following a career regulating public services, healthcare and the legal profession. 

In his role at the Commission, Tim leads the Commission’s Policy and Research functions, which includes the programme of work to implement the Government’s Gambling White Paper. He also currently oversees all regulatory operations for the Commission which includes the Licensing, Compliance and Enforcement functions. 

Tim is a Board member of the Gambling Regulators European Forum, the group that brings together 40 regulatory jurisdictions across Europe.
