In your email you have requested the following recorded information held by the Gambling Commission regarding the Sorare.com prosecution case referenced in the consumer information notice dated 26 September 2024:

  1. Any public notices, press releases, or consumer information updates issued by the Gambling Commission about the Sorare.com case between 26 September 2024 and 2 July 2025.
  2. Any publicly available documents (e.g., announcements or procedural summaries) related to the procedural hearings for the Sorare.com case held at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on 16 and 23 June 2025.

We can also confirm that at present there are not any publicly available documents (e.g., announcements or procedural summaries) related to the procedural hearings for the Sorare.com case held at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on 16 and 23 June 2025.

Review of the decision

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your Freedom of Information request you are entitled to an internal review of our decision.
