a) TGP Europe and 8XBet; and
b) TGP Europe and 6686.
This could include the names, titles, companies and associated contact details of the signees, as well as relevant date(s). Respecting the possibility that the Commission may consider the release of some details (eg names) would breach a person's privacy, we kindly request that this not be used to refuse the disclosure of other relevant details.

Thank you for your request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
In your email you have requested details of those who signed contracts between
a) TGP Europe and 8XBet; and
b) TGP Europe and 6686.
This could include the names, titles, companies and associated contact details of the signees, as well as relevant date(s).
Both 6686 Sports and 8Xbet are white labels who are operated by TGP Europe Limited. The Commission was made aware of this via key events being submitted by TGP Europe Limited. Under licence condition 15.2.1 of the Licence conditions and codes of practice (LCCP), a key event is an event that could have a significant impact on the nature or structure of a licensee’s business.
No contracts are attached to the key events. However, this would not be requested as part of the process. As such, no information is held falling within the scope of your request.
Review of the decision
