In your email you have requested information whether Ladbrokes is responsible for reporting customer gambling wins of £57000 and above to HMRC?
This is not information that the Gambling Commission is required to collect as part of its regulatory functions. As such, I can confirm that no information is held falling within the scope of your request.
Review of the decision
