MOU with Chief Coroner's Office
Request
Please can you disclose whether any memorandum of understanding is in place between the Gambling Commission and the Office of the Chief Coroner? If one does exist, please can you share a copy with me?
Response
Thank you for your further request which has been processed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
In your email you have requested whether any memorandum of understanding is in place between the Gambling Commission and the Office of the Chief Coroner.
The Gambling Commission can confirm that we do not have a memorandum of understanding in place with the Office of the Chief Coroner. However, under section 16 of the FOIA, the Commission can confirm that we do maintain a working relationship with the Chief Coroner’s Office.
