Details

Following a licence review, the Commission determined to revoke the Personal Functional Licence (PFL) of Mr Theodoru Ionut Barbu (the Licensee) under the provisions of section 119 of the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act).  

The Commission found;

  • the Licensee failed to advise the Commission of their/his dismissal for gross misconduct, which is a breach of their licence;
  • the Licensee failed to cooperate with the Commission during the course of the licence review.
