Lloydette Bai-Marrow

Lloydette Bai-Marrow is an anti-corruption expert and economic crime lawyer. She is the Founding Partner of Parametric Global Consulting, an economic crime investigations consultancy. A former Principal Investigative Lawyer within the UK Government’s Serious Fraud Office, she was a senior prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service and His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
On the ongoing Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office-funded (FCDO) Rule of Law Expertise Programme in Sierra Leone, Lloydette leads capacity building and engagement with the national Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and Judiciary. This includes strategic input into justice sector reform and delivering training to the investigators and prosecutors at the ACC and High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court Justices.
Lloydette is the Chair of the Board of Spotlight on Corruption, a UK based anti-corruption charity which tracks how the UK implements its anti-corruption laws. She sits on the Legal Panel for WhistleblowersUK, a non-profit promoting transformation in the way speaking up is incorporated into a fair and transparent society.
Lloydette was involved in the drafting of the Office of the Whistleblower Bill. Lloydette is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Unite Foundation, the charitable arm of Unite Group, a UK publicly listed company. She is a Senior Visiting Lecturer at the International Anti-Corruption Academy in Vienna, Austria. Lloydette is a Member of the Conduct Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
She is a Co-Founder and Director of BWIL (Black Women in Leadership Network), a non-profit network committed to increasing the representation of black women in leadership and decision-making positions.
