Documentation regarding the Fourth National Lottery licence: Jan 2024

In September 2022, the Gambling Commission (the Commission) issued an award notification to Allwyn Entertainment Ltd (Allwyn) as the successful applicant for the Fourth National Lottery licence.

Ahead of expiry of the Third Licence on 31 January 2024 and commencement of the Fourth Licence on 1 February 2024, we have published an updated version of the licence along with related supporting documentation. Some of these may have some redactions but this is in order to maintain our obligations under law to other signatories of these documents.

To learn more about why the move to the Fourth Licence matters for the National Lottery, players and good causes up and down the country, you can also read the blog.

The unsigned and undated version of the documents have been uploaded for accessibility purposes. Some of these may have some redactions but this is in order to protect personal information and maintain our obligations under law to other signatories of these documents. We will publish finalised versions following commencement of the Fourth Licence.
