The ‘text competitions’ you have described in your request are categorised as Prize competitions and free draws and are free from regulation under the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act). As such the information you have requested is not held by the Gambling Commission.

ITV run competitions with both a paid and a free entry route. As such, they are not regulated by the Gambling Commission.

Review of the decision
