MaxEnt Limited

The Commission has taken the decision to revoke the operating licence of MaxEnt Limited.

This follows identification of concerns relating to the operator’s finances and information supplied to the Commission. This decision will come into effect on 18 June and therefore from this date MaxEnt will cease to be licensed.

We expect the management team at MaxEnt to engage with all its GB customers promptly. Further details can be found on the Commission’s regulatory decisions register.

Edited 18.6.19:

We have been informed that MaxEnt has appealed against our decision to revoke its licence and therefore licence revocation is stayed until the outcome of that appeal.

Edited 21.1.20:

MaxEnt has withdrawn its appeal so the Commission’s decision to revoke its licence has now come into effect.
