Information notice: Suspension of licence - Capen Ltd

The Gambling Commission has instigated a review under s116 of the Gambling Act into Capen Ltd (operating licence no 000-036257-R-317724-010).

The review follows concerns that activities may have been carried out contrary to the Gambling Act, not in accordance with a condition of their licence and that the Licensee may be unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities.

Pursuant to section 118(2) Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”), the Commission has determined to suspend the above operating licence.

The suspension of Capen Ltd takes effect immediately.
