Civil case against Commission dismissed

A civil claim against the Gambling Commission has been dismissed.

At a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice Lee Feldman and Kenneth Alexander claimed the Commission had misused their private information and breached their confidence.

But in an order published today (opens in new tab) Mrs Justice Eady dismissed all claims and ordered the claimants to pay the Commission’s costs.
