SO4 Optimise returns to the National Lottery

National Lottery underage test purchase data

An important part of our responsibility to ensure that the interests of all players are protected is by ensuring the operator of the National Lottery has controls in place to stop underage play.

Our regulatory activity is aimed at ensuring high levels of assurance that age verification controls are effective. One way of measuring that is through test-purchase activity.

This data is based on average first pass rates supplied by the licensee under its licence requirements.
