Overview: Our user research programme helps us test new services, websites and features with people who use them.
We are always looking for participants to take part in user research. Our research sessions can take place face to face, over the phone or remotely.
You register to become a research participant online, and we'll contact you when we have services or features we need feedback on.
Following research sessions, we use feedback and observations to make decisions or changes to our services and websites.
In some cases a research session could be 10 minutes, it could be an hour or two. We'll always provide full information about the research opportunities and what's expected.
All participation is voluntary, you can choose not to participate, or you can stop at any time.
If you have registered to join our user research programme and want to opt out, email us at userresearch@gamblingcommission.gov.uk and we'll remove you from the programme.
